If you do a quick search on any internet search engine for the health benefits of green tea, it’s not hard to find a raft of information.
The census seems to be this: drink more green tea and it won’t be long before you feel the benefits. But is it really that simple?
I for one think this to be true, of course that is just my personal opinion and I’m not a scientist. I’ve been drinking 3-5 cups of green tea a day for about a year now and I can honestly say that I’ve never been healthier.
Obviously this could just be a coincidence but the fact of the matter is this: since I’ve been drinking green tea the level of anti-oxidants that I’ve consumed has gone through the roof. We all know the potential effect that anti-oxidants have on our health and I genuinely think that this is the reason that I’ve felt so good since I started drinking the green stuff.
